Our Chicken & Vegan concept was first developed here in Munich and has since expanded across Europe. With this new shop, we’ve created a space dedicated to lighter chicken- and plant-based ramen, without compromising on depth and flavor. Using key ingredients from Sapporo, we keep things simple where it matters.
