TAKUMI was founded in 2007, in the Immermannstraße area of Düsseldorf with a simple but bold goal to introduce authentic Japanese Ramen culture to Europe. Since then, it has expanded to more than 60 locations throughout the continent, becoming a staple brand wherever it has landed.
